Braves | Yunel Escobar appears headed for DL
Atlanta Braves SS Yunel Escobar (groin) appears headed for the 15-day disabled list, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution's Carroll Rodgers reports. SS Luis Bolivar was called up from Double-A Mississippi to replace SS Brandon Hicks in the lineup at Triple-A Gwinnett Monday, May 3. Hicks was presumably on his way to join the team for their road series against the Washington Nationals.
