Mariners | Ian Snell could be bumped from rotation

Seattle Mariners SP Ian Snell looks like the most likely candidate to be bumped from the starting rotation to make room for SP Cliff Lee (abdominal), who is scheduled to make his season debut Friday, April 30, according to MLB.com's Jim Street. Snell would move to the bullpen. SP Ryan Rowland-Smith is not one of the candidates to move to the bullpen, according to manager Don Wakamatsu. RP Jesus Colome is the leading candidate to be sent to the minors to make room for Lee on the roster.
