Eagles | Ernie Sims expected to play weakside linebacker
Philadelphia Eagles LB Ernie Sims said he has been told he will play weakside linebacker for the team, according to the Philadelphia Daily News' Les Bowen. Sims said, "They just told me that they want to put me at the WILL position." Sims may also cover the tight end a little more on third down. Sims added, "I knew that they like blitzing a lot, so they said on third down, they need somebody to cover the tight end a little bit more, also."
