Colts | Will not take action against Foster

Michael David Smith, of ProFootballTalk.com, reports Indianapolis Colts president Bill Polian said the team has no reason to take action against DL Eric Foster after Foster was accused of sexually assaulting a woman. "We are aware that a civil action seeking monetary damages has been filed against Eric Foster," Polian said in a statement released by the team. "The alleged incident was investigated by law enforcement officials at the time the allegation was made. The appropriate authorities decided that there was no basis for charges to be filed."
