Jets | Leon Washington expected to re-sign Thursday

Restricted free-agent RB Leon Washington is expected to sign his one-year, $1.759 million tender with the New York Jets Thursday, April 15, according to The New York Daily News' Rich Cimini. The Jets seem intent on giving Washington, who suffered a broken leg last year, a chance to recover from his leg injury.
