Packers | Jolly to undergo trial
The Green Bay Press-Gazette reports Green Bay Packers DE Johnny Jolly will have a jury trial after being accused of possession of codeine. Jolly was arrested in Houston July 8, 2008, for possession of at least 200 grams when police found cups of codeine syrup in his car. If convicted, Jolly faces up to 20 years in prison but could be sentenced to a probation term because he has no significant criminal record.
