NFL | Bender works out at Pro Day

Bo Marchionte, of NFL Draft Bible, reports South Dakota State OL Casey Bender measured a height of 6-foot-5 1/2, 296 pounds at his Pro Day. His arm length was measured at 33 inches and his hands at 9 1/4 inches. He ran 10 yards in the 1.79 to 1.81-second range, 20 yards in 2.90 seconds and 40 yards in the 5.00 to 5.10-second range. He also ran the short shuttle in 4.56 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.50 seconds. He measured a 28-inch vertical jump, a 9-foot 1/2 broad jump and completed 25 repetitions on the 225-pound bench press.
