Pirates.MLB.com's Jenifer Langosch reports the Pittsburgh Pirates optioned SP Kevin Hart, P Chris Jakubauskas and 3B Neil Walker to Triple-A Indianapolis. 1B Brian Myrow, P Brian Burres, P Wilfredo Ledezma, P Jean Machi and C Hector Gimenez were reassigned to minor league camp.
