Bengals | Close to re-signing R. Williams

Geoff Hobson, of Bengals.com, reports the Cincinnati Bengals are close to re-signing free-agent S Roy L. Williams. His agent, Jordan Woy, said they are hopeful to have announcement soon and the two sides are working on finishing the deal Saturday, March 13.
