NFL | S. Lawrence takes part in Pro Day

Justin VanFulpen of NFLDraftBible.com reports University of Minnesota LB Simoni Lawrence measured in at his Pro Day with a height of 6-foot, 230 pounds. He ran the 40-yard dash in 4.56 seconds, the short shuttle in 4.25 seconds and the three-cone drill in 6.80 seconds. He stood on his NFL Scouting Combine performance for the vertical jump, broad jump and bench press.
