49ers | Carr deal not complete yet

Updating previous reports, Matt Maiocco, of The Santa Rosa Press Democrat, reports free-agent QB David Carr isn't officially a member of the San Francisco 49ers yet. Carr took a vacation to Mexico, and the 49ers have sent a contract to him there. His signing will not be official until he returns the deal to the team.
