Giants | Hagan given low tender

Updating a previous item, Ralph Vacchiano, of the New York Daily News, reports New York Giants impending restricted free-agent WR Derek Hagan received a low tender worth $1.176 million. The team would receive a third-round draft pick as compensation if another team signed Hagan and the Giants refused to match.
