Redskins | Samuels remains mum on retirement

Jason Reid, of The Washington Post, reports Washington Redskins OT Chris Samuels (neck) has yet to make a public announcement regarding his playing future. Last month, Samuels said he would make a decision shortly after another checkup in February. Samuels' 2009 season ended after only five games due to a neck injury. The Redskins have "nothing to update," General Manager Bruce Allen said. Several people familiar with Samuels's thinking, however, say they still expect him to retire because of the injury.
