The Associated Press reports S Shaun Williams (hamstring) participated fully for the New York Giants on Thursday. CB Reggie Stephens (foot) practiced on a limited basis. FB Greg Comella (buttocks) and WR Amani Toomer (ankle) practiced without complications. The Giants will not have a guest speaker for the Super Bowl like they did with Lawrence Taylor before the NFC Championship game. Coach Jim Fassel said Joe Montgomery might be active as a third running back.
