Eagles | Roseman says Harris needs to get stronger

The Philadelphia Daily News reports Philadelphia Eagles general manager Howie Roseman said FS Victor Harris needs to get bigger and stronger during the offseason. He said this is a big offseason for Harris. Roseman believes Harris can help but does not know what he role he will have next season.
