The Associated Press reports Houston Texans S John Busing, OT Rashad Butler, TE Owen Daniels, RB Ryan Moats, S Bernard Pollard, LB DeMeco Ryans and C Chris L. White could be restricted free agents this offseason if 2010 is an uncapped year.
