Cardinals | Ankiel's return to St. Louis a longshot

St. Louis Cardinals general manager John Mozeliak said free-agent OF Rick Ankiel is unlikely to return to the club because they cannot guarantee him the number of at-bats he wants next season, according to Derrick Goold of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.
