49ers | M. Lewis' future with club uncertain

Matt Maiocco, of the Santa Rosa Press Democrat, reports San Francisco 49ers S Michael Lewis is scheduled to earn $4.12 million in base salary in 2010. Lewis sustained three concussions in a short period of time in 2009, and his future with the team might hinge on whether the 49ers draft or sign a safety this offseason.
