Cowboys | Optimistic Colombo will return

Tim McMahon, of, reports the Dallas Cowboys are optimistic that OT Marc Colombo (ankle, fibula) will be able to play in the team's postseason game Saturday, Jan. 9, against the Philadelphia Eagles. OT Doug Free, who replaced Colombo for the final seven games, will likely still see some playing time if Colombo returns. "If Colombo comes back, I think Doug will still play some," head coach Wade Phillips said. "Colombo is going to be a little rusty. He's not going to be in playing shape. Doug Free has shown he can play, either left tackle or right tackle. I think he's done a really good job."
