Buffalo Bills QB Trent Edwards (ankle), WR Steve Johnson (ankle), OT Andre Ramsey (calf), OT Jonathan Scott (ankle), LB Nic Harris (knee), FS Bryan Scott (head) and SS Todd Johnson (hamstring) did not participate in practice Friday, Jan. 1. They have been ruled out for Week 17.
