49ers | N. Davis will not play this season

CBSSports.com reports San Francisco 49ers head coach Mike Singletary said QB Nate Davis would not see any playing time this year. Singletary added that it would be different if QB Alex D. Smith was "a proven veteran player, but I want him to get every snap he can get to experience every situation he can and every lesson he can learn."
