Packers | Jolly to appear in court Tuesday
Andy Nelesen, of the Green Bay Press-Gazette, reports Green Bay Packers DT Johnny Jolly posted $10,000 bond Monday, Dec. 21, and he is expected to make his initial appearance Tuesday, Dec. 22, on a drug possession charge in Texas. His initial appearance Tuesday will likely be brief and largely focus on scheduling his next court date, according to Harris County district attorney spokeswoman Donna Hawkins. Jolly faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted of the drug charge, but he could be sentenced to a probation term because he has no significant criminal record.
