Raiders | Players losing confidence in Russell

Jerry McDonald, of ANG Newspapers, reports Oakland Raiders OT Mario Henderson said following Week 14 that if QB JaMarcus Russell were to be the starting quarterback in Week 15 in place of QB Bruce Gradkowski (knees), players would have to pick up their games even more. "I don't know what the deal is with Bruce but we're all going to have to pick it up," Henderson said. "If (Russell's) the man we're obviously going to have to pick it up because he's back there."
