Tommy Baldwin Racing | Bliss named full-time driver

SceneDaily.com reports Tommy Baldwin Racing named driver Mike Bliss the full-time driver for the No. 36 car in the 2010 Sprint Cup season Thursday, Dec. 3. Driver Michael McDowell, who finished the 2009 Cup season for the team, will drive in select Cup events next year.
