Mariners | Wetteland released from hospital
Updating previous reports, Seattle Mariners bullpen coach John Wetteland returned home Thursday, Nov. 12, after being treated at a hospital for an elevated heart rate, according to The Associated Press. "My wife and I are very appreciative of the over and above care of our local officers and paramedics," Wetteland said in a statement released by the team Thursday night. "The circumstances leading to my elevated blood pressure and heart rate have been addressed."
