Bears | Steltz, Bullocks in line for playing time

Jeff Dickerson, of ESPNChicago.com, reports Chicago Bears FSs Craig Steltz and Josh Bullocks could both be in line for extra playing time in Week 10 due to injuries to FSs Al Afalava (shoulder) and Kevin Payne (back).
