Redskins | Horton may require surgery

David Elfin, of The Washington Times, reports Washington Redskins SS Chris Horton (toe) may need surgery to repair a ligament under his left big toe injured late in Week 9. Horton will miss a minimum of four to six weeks and is a strong candidate for Injured Reserve. If the ligament is torn, Horton could be out four to six months. SS Reed Doughty will start in Week 10 in Horton's place.
