Nationals | Schu hired, Knorr transferred
The Washington Post's Alexa Steele, posting on the Nationals Journal blog, is reporting the Washington Nationals have hired Rick Schu as a hitting coordinator, replacing Ralph Dickenson. Schu served as Arizona Diamondbacks hitting coach for two seasons. Former bullpen coach Randy Knorr is also on the move, as he has stepped down to become manager of the Double-A Harrisburg Senators.
