Angels | Trial delayed for driver charged in Adenhart crash
Confirming previous reports, the trial for the man charged with the drunken driving death of Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim SP Nick Adenhart has been delayed for six months, at the request of his new defense attorney, according to The Associated Press. Superior Court Judge Richard Toohey rescheduled the trial for 22-year-old Andrew Gallo to April 22, 2010, in order to allow Deputy Public Defender Bryan Harris time to prepare a defense.
