Padres | Forst not a candidate to become GM

Bernie Wilson, of The Associated Press, reports Oakland Athletics assistant general manager David Forst is not in the mix to become the new general manager for the San Diego Padres. Forst has not interviewed for the position, nor has anyone asked for permission to interview him.
