Buccaneers | Looking for more consistent pass rush

Anwar S. Richardson, of The Tampa Tribune, reports Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive coordinator Jim Bates said the team has had some good individual pressure during games but has not had much of a consistent pass rush. "We're still searching. It's a problem area. Last week was probably our best one-on-one pass rush on the practice field. We just have to continue to improve individually, collectively, and there is a lot of work to be done still," Bates said.
