Patriots | Wilhite apparently injured in home invasion

Shalise Manza Young, of The Providence Journal, reports New England Patriots CB Jonathan Wilhite (undisclosed) apparently was injured during a home invasion over the weekend, which is why he did not play in Week 3. Wilhite's agent said the injury is not serious and did not require hospitalization.
