Jim Flynn, of PewterReport.com, reports Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Josh Johnson will start the team's Week 4 game in place of QB Byron Leftwich. Leftwich will be the team's No. 3 quarterback behind Johnson and QB Josh Freeman.
