SceneDaily.com reports Red Bull Racing crew chief Ryan Pemberton, the crew chief for driver Brian Vickers and the No. 83 Toyota, was named the Wypall Wipers Crew Chief of the race for the Sprint Cup Chevy Rock and Roll 400 at Richmond International Raceway Saturday, Sept. 12.
