Raiders | N. Miller likely new kick returner

David White, of the San Francisco Chronicle, reports Oakland Raiders WR Nick Miller is the presumed new kick returner for the team. Miller was fielding kickoffs at the start of practice Tuesday, Sept. 8, with RB Louis Rankin and WR Johnnie Lee Higgins.
