Raiders | Hanson intends to cooperate with police

CBSSports.com reports Oakland Raiders defensive assistant Randy Hanson intends to cooperate with Napa (Calif.) police in a possible assault investigation involving head coach Tom Cable, according to the National Football Post. Hanson's attorney will provide medical records to the police Friday, Aug. 21, that show Hanson suffered a broken jaw in the alleged Aug. 5 incident. Lt. Brian McGovern has said felony charges are possible if Hanson's jaw is broken. Cable said, "We're still going to handle it internally. The one thing I will tell you is that when all the facts come out, everything will be fine."
