Raiders | O'Neal has inside track to start

CBSSports.com reports Oakland Raiders FB Oren O'Neal has the inside track to start for the team in 2009, according to head coach Tom Cable. Cable said, "I think if he continues to progress like he's doing now, he'll have a great shot at it."
