Eric Williams, of the Tacoma News Tribune, reports Seattle Seahawks OL Grey Ruegamer (elbow), DE Lawrence Jackson (leg), LB D.D. Lewis (knee), WR Deion Branch (knee), WR Nate Burleson (knee), PK Olindo Mare (knee), C Chris Spencer (ankle) and OT Ray Willis (knee) did not participate in morning practice Tuesday, Aug. 18.
