49ers | Clayton battling for role

Matt Maiocco, of The Santa Rosa Press Democrat, reports San Francisco 49ers RB Thomas Clayton has been one of the team's stars during the preseason in previous years. However, his preseason success has not translated into anything more than that. He is fighting for a role with the team during training camp this year.
