NFL | Runyan looking for medical clearance to play

Sal Paolantonio, of ESPN.com, reports free-agent OT Jon Runyan (Eagles) said Sunday, Aug. 9, he is flying to Alabama Monday, Aug. 10, to get medical clearance from his surgeon, Dr. James Andrews, to begin running on his surgically repaired right knee. Runyan hopes of working out for an NFL team within the next week or two.
