Texans | Simmons and Leach return to action; Jones out

Will Flaherty, of HoustonTexans.com, reports Houston Texans WR Mark Simmons (undisclosed) returned to practice Friday, Aug. 7. WR Mike Jones (undisclosed) was held out for a second consecutive day. FB Vonta Leach also returned to the team after being away to attend to personal matters.
