Chargers | Cesaire to work as starter at left end

Kevin Acee, of The San Diego Union-Tribune, reports San Diego Chargers head coach Norv Turner said DE Jacques Cesaire will work as the starter at defensive end when training camp opens. Turner said the team will give DE Ryon Bingham a chance to compete for the job.
