Roy Cummings, of The Tampa Tribune, reports Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebackers coach Joe Barry said LB Angelo Crowell (knee), LB Quincy Black and LB Geno Hayes will compete for the starting strongside linebacker job during training camp.
