Colts | Roster Reversal

The Indianapolis Star reports the Indianapolis Colts, as expected, reversed a roster move they made over the weekend. This time they re-signed LB Ryan Phillips and released RB Kevin McDougal. If he clears waivers, the team will sign him back to their practice squad.
