Dolphins | Sparano disappointed with Starks

Edgar Thompson, of the Palm Beach Post, reports Miami Dolphins head coach Tony Sparano said he was disappointed about DE Randy Starks' arrest last week. "I'm disappointed any time … when one of our players is in that position and ends up in the newspapers and on TV, you're disappointed in that. It's nothing something we condone here. That being said there's still an evaluation going on," Sparano said. Starks worked with the second-team defense during practice Thursday, May 28.
