Falcons | Peterson settling in at weakside linebacker

D. Orlando Ledbetter, of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, reports Atlanta Falcons WLB Mike Peterson is starting to feel comfortable in Atlanta. Having played for Falcons head coach Mike Smith in Jacksonville, Peterson knows the defense better than many of the team's returning players. Peterson, who has played all three linebacker positions during his career, is transitioning from middle linebacker to weakside linebacker this year. "It's going well being back outside," Peterson said. He added the Falcons want to be an aggressive and attacking defense that creates turnovers this year.
