The Journal Sentinel reports Green Bay Packers S Antuan Edwards and P Josh Bidwell helped the team's salary cap cause today by restructuring their contracts. The team guaranteed a $305,000 due to Edwards in the form of a signing bonus. Edwards' base salaries of $389,000 in 2001, $418,000 in 2002 and $448,000 in 2003 remain the same. Bidwell received a $10,000 signing bonus in exchange for adding a year to his existing contract. He is now under contract through 2002. The paycut C Frank Winters took last week cut his salary from 1.25 million to $500,000, but he also received a $250,000 guaranteed roster bonus.
