Browns | Quinn to start in 2009

John Clayton, of ESPN.com, reports Cleveland Browns head coach Romeo Crennel said QB Brady Quinn (finger), who is on Injured Reserve, will be the team's starting quarterback in 2009. After two seasons, the Browns have just three games worth of tape on Quinn to gauge where he is in his development.
