Browns | Quinn cleared to play with broken finger
The Associated Press reports Cleveland Browns QB Brady Quinn (finger) has been cleared to play in Week 12 despite breaking his right index finger in Week 11. Cleveland initially thought Quinn bruised his hand after banging it on the helmet of a Buffalo Bills player last week, but X-rays taken after practice Wednesday, Nov. 19, revealed a fracture on the tip of his finger. Quinn was still able to grip the ball during practice, according to head coach Romeo Crennel, and Quinn will wear a splint when he is not on the field.
