Broncos | Practicing in pads helping defense?

Mike Klis, of The Denver Post, reports the Denver Broncos have been practicing in pads and taking practice sessions more seriously the past few weeks, according to CB Dre' Bly. "The last couple of weeks, we took it a little more seriously," said Bly. "We've been in pads, we've been fitting the gaps in the running game and taking it back to square one." The past two weeks the team has held Cleveland Browns RB Jamal Lewis and Atlanta Falcons RB Michael Turner to 3.2 yards per carry. The team has also dumped their 3-4 defense and gone back to a more conventional 4-3 defense.
